Summer Fun

I had all but given up posting on the blog, but I decided I should get on here again and post some pictures! We are having a great summer so far...swimming, splash parks, ice cream, carnival.... Josie is also been taking soccer and swimming lessons, but I haven't taken any pictures yet! Need to do that!


The girls are doing great and loving playing outside. Here are some pics of all the fun!

Precious

Mike and I have begun taking the girls into our bed in the morning. A lot of it has to do with the fact that it's too early to want to get up! This morning Josie slept late, but I brought Elyse in bed with us. She was crawling around a little bit, but then I laid her on my chest. She decided she really liked it there. She ended up falling back asleep on me. I've realized lately what a cuddler she is, but I didn't realize how much. I tried to lay her next to me a couple of times, but she wouldn't have it. She was loving cuddling with mommy, and I loved it, too. She is such a precious baby. I can't believe she will be ONE in a month and a half! I need to treasure these moments.

My other sweetie is in underwear all the time now!! She has done so great! Stays dry every night and all day long. Although the pooping is a different story.... oh, well. That will come in time. For now, I'm enjoying only having one in diapers!
